Description / Specifications[edit]

Trelyn Main. (Chart sourced from Traveller Map).
Uldor's Reach. (Chart sourced from Traveller Map).

Jungleblut Subsector is a region of Balkanized Space lying within the rimward half of Far Frontiers Sector.

  • The resources of the subsector are being exploited.

Stellar Distribution[edit]

A basic map showing the distribution and size of stars within Jungleblut Subsector, right:

  • The color corresponds to the visible color of the star, which links to its spectral classification.
  • The size as shown indicates both the physical size of the object and its relative brightness.

Note that the stars as depicted are representative. Any star, no matter what its size, is a mere speck within the hex it occupies.

  • Ordinary main sequence stars can barely be seen from even a hex away.
  • Huge, intensely luminous giant stars can be seen from across the subsector and far beyond.

Trelyn Main[edit]

The Trelyn Main passes through the rimward-trailing edge of the subsector.

  • It has 23 member systems.

The Main lies almost entirely within the Trelyn Domain, a strongly pro-Imperial state. The only systems on the Main that aren't members of the Domain are Fomor (a member of the Domain of Alntzar, in this subsector), and Dictic, a non-aligned world at its far trailing edge.

A basic chart of the Main is shown, right:

Uldor's Reach[edit]

Uldor's Reach is a small main that runs through the center of the subsector.

  • It has 18 member systems.

World Listing[edit]

Comprehensive Second Survey data for all worlds lying within Antideluvia subsector is available.

  • The primary source material for all data is Traveller Map.
  • Data is occasionally updated as new information becomes available.

AAB library archives contain expanded data about the following systems:

Subsector Summary[edit]

Jungleblut, subsector O of Far Frontiers, contains 32 worlds with an estimated population of 59 billion, a per capita income of Cr3,698, and a total economy of BCr220,622. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr1,970 through 26 starports (4 Class A, 9 Class B, 10 Class C, 3 Class D) employing 482,200 people. Driving this interstellar trade are nine Agricultural (Ag) worlds, two Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, three Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, one Pre-Industrial (Pi) world, eight Rich (Ri) worlds, and four Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Jungleblut maintain ten Scout bases and five Naval bases. The average technology level is 8 (with most between 5 and 11). The highest technology level is 12 at Alzenei (Far Frontiers 1934), Kraich (Far Frontiers 2037), and Yster (Far Frontiers 2340).

Jungleblut, subsector O of Far Frontiers, contains 41 stars and 338 identified planets; 24 monostellar systems, seven binary systems, one trinary system, and no systems with four or more stars. 21 of the 32 systems (65%) have native gas giants. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, one Desert (De) world, five Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, three Poor (Po) worlds, one Vacuum (Va) world, and one Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) world.

Jungleblut has an estimated population of 59 billion distributed across ten High population (Hi) worlds, three Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 11 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, three Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Gniadek (Far Frontiers 1835) and Nesbitt (Far Frontiers 2035). The population consists primarily of 2 sophont groups including one native sophont.
