Description (Specifications)[edit]
Ares was a periodical dedicated to science fiction gaming published by Simulations Publications, Inc. (SPI), and then TSR, Inc., between 1980 and 1984. As well as articles, each issue contained a compact sci-fi counter-based wargame.
Special Edition #2[edit]
Ares Magazine Special Issue #2, published in 1984, featured the rimward half of Far Frontiers Sector. It was designed by Dale L. Kemper.
