Cabala Subsector is subsector N of Far Frontiers Sector.

Description / Specifications

Wulfek Subsector is a region of Balkanized Space lying within the rimward half of Far Frontiers Sector. It contains a collection of pocket empires: the Zelphic Primacy is dominated by Solomani and Vilani Humans who have embraced the Zhodani culture, while the Haladon Cooperative is pro-Imperial but maintains good relations with its pro-Zhodani neighbors, dedicating itself to trade. The native Bosaki interact with the various Human cultures and act as an important part of the regional economy.

  • The resources of the subsector are being exploited.

Stellar Distribution

A basic map showing the distribution and size of stars within Cabala Subsector.

  • The color corresponds to the visible color of the star, which links to its spectral classification.
  • The size as shown indicates both the physical size of the object and its relative brightness.

Note that the stars as depicted are representative. Any star, no matter what its size, is a mere speck within the hex it occupies.

  • Ordinary main sequence stars can barely be seen from even a hex away.
  • Huge, intensely luminous giant stars can be seen from across the subsector and far beyond.

World Listing

Comprehensive Second Survey data for all worlds lying within Antideluvia subsector is available.

  • The primary source material for all data is Traveller Map.
  • Data is occasionally updated as new information becomes available.

AAB library archives contain expanded data about the following systems:

The Zelphic Primacy and the Biumvirate have clashed militarily over the planets Gosspach and Hollader, while the inhabitants of Talak surprised their neighbours by successfully invading the secondary world of their system (Vahjdi) with barely adequate technology.

These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr295 through 23 starports (10 Class A, 8 Class B, 3 Class C, 2 Class D) employing 137,340 people. Driving this interstellar trade are three Agricultural (Ag) worlds, one Non-Agricultural (Na) world, five Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, four Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, three Rich (Ri) worlds, and one Industrial (In) world. The governments in Cabala maintain five Scout bases and two Naval bases. The average technology level is 9 (with most between 7 and 11). The highest technology level is 13 at Bosak (Far Frontiers 1434).

Cabala, subsector N of Far Frontiers, contains 38 stars and 277 identified planets; 13 monostellar systems, 11 binary systems, one trinary system, and no systems with four or more stars. 21 of the 25 systems (84%) have native gas giants. There are two Asteroid (As) belts, one Desert (De) world, three Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, six Poor (Po) worlds, two Vacuum (Va) worlds, and one Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) world.

Cabala has an estimated population of 27 billion distributed across three High population (Hi) worlds, five Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 11 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, two Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Zelpha (Far Frontiers 1231), Norris (Far Frontiers 1140), and Haladon (Far Frontiers 1238).
