The Magash class Heavy Scout is a TL–15 Scout.
Description[edit]
This vessel is an advanced design with a streamlined hull and equipped with a Jump-5 drive system, this long range scout is found in ScoutRons and line squadrons throughout the Imperial Navy and ISS.
It is armed with fusion guns and missiles, it relies on a single battery of sand casters for defense.
It has a crew of 9.

Basic Ship Characteristics[edit]
Following the Imperial Navy and IISS Universal Ship Profile and data, additional information is presented in the format shown here. The small craft factor indicates the number of squadrons (...of ten subcraft) carried on the ship. Tonnage on the universal ship profile is shown in kilotons (...thousands of tons) where necessary. History & Background[edit]
The jump 5 range is the whole point of this design and all other considerations were secondary in its design. The model 9 fib computer is shoehorned into this compact hull and its energy draw deprive the vessel of agility. The computer is linked to advanced sensor bays and a powerful suite of meson communication links to keep fleet communication secure.
