This fleet has extremely high esprit de corp, and has won a number of awards, and unit commendations. They train and drill constantly and all personnel are held to high standards. The rotate ships and detach elements from their squadrons for duty in hot spots where action is expected, to get their crews some combat experience. These cross-attachment assignments usually only last one year.
