Description (Specifications)[edit]
The naval base at Zuge, in Diamond-Prince Subsector to spinward, is almost entirely dedicated to protecting Imperial interests in Outworld Subsector. It has a greater than usual complement of small patrol craft and a few destroyers. These range across Outworld or sit over worlds here as guardships.
The most notable world in the subsector is the trade nexus of Phoniwt.

Outworld, subsector P of Ley contains 31 worlds with an estimated population of 84 billion, a per capita income of Cr3,310, and a total economy is BCr279,408. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr1,134 through 27 starports (8 Class A, 9 Class B, 9 Class C, 1 Class D) employing 179,230 people. Driving this interstellar trade are three Agricultural (Ag) worlds, four Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, two Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, three Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, one Rich (Ri) world, and two Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Outworld maintain ten Naval bases, and eight Military bases. The average technology level is 9 (with most between 6 and 11). The highest technology level is 14 at Navarino (Ley 2538).
Outworld, subsector P of Ley contains 43 stars and 332 identified planets; 20 monostellar systems, ten binary systems, one trinary system, and no systems with four or more stars. 27 of the 31 systems (87%) have native gas giants. There are two Asteroid (As) belts, no Desert (De) worlds, no Garden (Ga) worlds, two Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, three Poor (Po) worlds, four Vacuum (Va) worlds, and three Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.
Outworld has an estimated population of 84 billion distributed across three High population (Hi) worlds, one Moderate population (Ph) world, 15 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, seven Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Phoniwt (Ley 3131) and Qaran (Ley 2831). The population consists of 1 sophont groups.
