Regina Subsector is the hub of new development in the Spinward Marches Sector. Located at the very edge of the Imperium, it serves as a contact point with the Vargr to coreward and the Zhodani to spinward; the result is considerable trade activity through the Starports of the region.

Description[edit]

Regina, subsector C of Spinward Marches has 32 worlds, of which 23 have native gas giants. There is one Asteroid (As) belt, two Desert (De) worlds, two Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, two Poor (Po) worlds, three Vacuum (Va) worlds, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds. In Regina there are four race homeworlds.

All worlds in the Regina subsector are members of the Imperium with the technical exception of Ruie; however several important nations on Ruie have recently become members in their own right.

Regina, subsector C of Spinward Marches has 32 worlds, of which 23 have native gas giants. The estimated population for the subsector is 41 billion sophonts (not necessarily humans). There are seven High population (Hi) worlds, five Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 12 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, two Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. There are three Agricultural (Ag) worlds versus four Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, and three Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds. There are seven Rich (Ri) worlds versus four Industrial (In) worlds. There is one Asteroid (As) belt, two Desert (De) worlds, two Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, two Poor (Po) worlds, three Vacuum (Va) worlds, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds. There are four Naval bases in the subsector, eight Scout bases, and one Way station. In Regina there are four race homeworlds. The Imperial nobility includes 28 Knights, three Baronets, eight Barons, two Marquises, five Viscounts, five Counts, one Duke, and one Subsector Duke. The highest population world is Rethe (Spinward Marches 2408). The highest tech level is D at Efate (Spinward Marches 1705), Uakye (Spinward Marches 1805), Pixie (Spinward Marches 1903), and Boughene (Spinward Marches 1904). The average technology level is 8 (with most between 5 and 11).

Territorial Overview[edit]

The Regina Subsector is defended by 213th Fleet. The fleet is headquartered at Efate Naval Base, with elements deployed at Efate, Regina and Pixie. In addition to border patrols, the fleet is responsible for the security of traffic on the ‘top end’ of the Spinward Main.

Territorial Overview[edit]

The Regina Subsector is defended by the famous 213th fleet which defended the Lunion Subsector and conquered the Sword Worlds in the Fifth Frontier War. The 213th headquarters are located at Efate (Spinward Marches 1705).

The Regina Frontier falls within the 2nd Regency Quarantine District. RQD 2 runs from Menorb (Spinward Marches 1803) to Enaaka (Deneb 0203) and has exclusive responsibility for the interface with the Vargr Splinters
