- It is an astrographic feature and a major trade route.

The Tharrynra Main spans part of the rimward-trailing area of Imperial Space along the Delphi Rift, crossing from Fornast Sector into Delphi Sector.
- It has 141 member systems.
- It is named for Tharrynra Subsector, which lies at its heart.
