- It has 19 member worlds.
- It is named for Dishiirpi, an industrial world currently under military rule.

- Solomani (Major Race): many genetically distinct individuals and communities.

- Bhunj of Ketial (Minor Race): non-humanoid sophonts with a strong mercantile drive. There are small communities and outposts scattered across the region.
- Ishumi of Bold (Minor Race): sophonts whose homeworld lies on the Main. Most remain on their world, though a few enclaves and travellers will be encountered elsewhere along the main.
