These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr17,105 through 27 starports (6 Class A, 9 Class B, 9 Class C, 3 Class D) employing 3,219,790 people. Driving this interstellar trade are one Agricultural (Ag) world, six Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, one Pre-Agricultural (Pa) world, one Pre-Industrial (Pi) world, no Rich (Ri) worlds, and two Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Khandi maintain 11 Scout bases and six Naval bases. The average technology level is 11 (with most between 8 and 13). The highest technology level is 15 at Dauni (Dagudashaag 2020), Khandi (Dagudashaag 2119), and Zaankhid (Dagudashaag 2318).
Khandi, subsector G of Dagudashaag, contains 42 stars and 302 identified planets; 15 monostellar systems, 12 binary systems, one trinary system, and no systems with four or more stars. 26 of the 28 systems (92%) have native gas giants. There are three Asteroid (As) belts, one Desert (De) world, no Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, five Poor (Po) worlds, nine Vacuum (Va) worlds, and one Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) world.
Khandi has an estimated population of 117 billion distributed across three High population (Hi) worlds, one Moderate population (Ph) world, 19 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, three Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Shibishlim (Dagudashaag 2015) and Khandi (Dagudashaag 2119). The population consists primarily of 3 sophont groups including one native sophont.

History & Background (Dossier)
The colonization wave by the Solomani during the Second Imperium shifted emphasis towards Medurma (Dagudashaag 2124), Ushra (Dagudashaag 1016), and Zeda (Dagudashaag 0721). The fact that Khandi is isolated from Jump-1 travel effectvely prohibited it from forming a petty interstellar state during the Long Night
The subsector is taking a long time to recover. Khandi's rapidly-growing population, together with its lack of a native agricultural capacity, creates a great need for imported agroproduce, which the nearby worlds cannot fulfill.
