The Ministry of Science is tasked with the following missions:

• Oversight of scientific research within the Third Imperium
• The establishment of measurement standards within the Third Imperium, including the maintenance of the system of Imperial Standard Metric Prefixes and Metric Units.

History & Background (Dossier)

The Ministry works closely with the Imperial Science Union and the Imperial Academy of Science and Medicine.
