History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
A popular settlement location for refugees during the Human-Aslan border conflicts, Jingleswelt became known as a fortress world for the Solomani Confederation. Successive governments became almost obsessed with planetary defences. When the Confederation declared for propaganda purposes its "Twelve Great Forts" Jingleswelt made its case to be recognised as the earliest and therefore the 'First Great Fort'.
Jingleswelt is connected to Magyar Sector to trailing by the important communications and trade nexus of the Treege Cluster, the worlds of which have oppositional political views regarding the Aslan Hierate (emphasising trade opportunity rather than military threat).
Jingleswelt is also a link on the Oiirl Route connecting the Aslan homeworld of Kusyu with the Solomani Confederation capital of Home.
World Starport (Sp)[edit]
This world has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions.
