Subsector N of Reaver's Deep Sector.
Eakoi Subsector is a wild frontier zone bordering the crossroads of the Human and Aslan star cultures.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
The trailing portion of the subsector is a part of the Drinsaar Loop, which extends into the Drinsaar and Drexilthar Subsectors.
This subsector is part of the region of Reaver's Deep that early Aslan explorers named Aoreriyya. Literally translated, this means something like "new garden" (or "new veldt"), from the Trokh "aor" (new), and "eriyya" (pleasant lands); the region was so called because of the relative abundance of worlds with climates and ecosystems well-suited to Aslan (and Human, as it happened) habitation.
Subsector Summary: 1105[edit]
Eakoi, subsector N of Reaver's Deep, contains 27 worlds with an estimated combined population of 66 billion, a per capita income of Cr3,706, and a total economy of BCr245,122. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr1,018 through 21 starports (1 Class A, 5 Class B, 10 Class C, 5 Class D) employing 211,100 people. Driving this interstellar trade are four Agricultural (Ag) worlds, three Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, two Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, one Pre-Industrial (Pi) world, three Rich (Ri) worlds, and five Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Eakoi maintain four Naval bases and three Military bases. The average technology level is 7 (with most between 5 and 9). The highest technology level is 11 at Solomon (Reaver's Deep 1538) and Collins World (Reaver's Deep 1631).
Eakoi, subsector N of Reaver's Deep, contains 39 stars and 311 identified planets; 16 monostellar systems, ten binary systems, one trinary system, and no systems with four or more stars. 27 of the 27 systems (100%) have native gas giants. There are one Asteroid (As) belt, one Desert (De) world, four Garden (Ga) worlds, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, four Poor (Po) worlds, three Vacuum (Va) worlds, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.
Eakoi has an estimated population of 66 billion distributed across eight High population (Hi) worlds, two Moderate population (Ph) worlds, nine Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, six Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Solomon (Reaver's Deep 1538). The population consists primarily of 2 sophont groups.

Non-Aligned, Human-dominated[edit]
There are 19 Non-Aligned Human-dominated worlds in Eakoi with an estimated combined population of 12 billion.
Union of Harmony[edit]
The Union of Harmony has jurisdiction over three worlds in the subsector with an estimated combined population of 6 billion, a per capita income of Cr931, and a total economy of BCr5,650. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr4 through 3 starports (1 Class A, 1 Class B, 1 Class C, 0 Class D) employing 1,400 people. Driving this interstellar trade are one Agricultural (Ag) world, no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, one Rich (Ri) world, and no Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in the Union of Harmony maintain two Military bases and one Naval base within the subsector.
The Union of Harmony has an estimated population of 6 billion within the subsector, distributed across one High population (Hi) world, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, one Non-industrial (Ni) world, no Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Freedom (Reaver's Deep 1036). The population consists primarily of 2 sophont groups.
Grand Duchy of Marlheim[edit]
The Grand Duchy of Marlheim has jurisdiction over two worlds in the subsector with an estimated combined population of 5 billion, a per capita income of Cr5,124, and a total economy of BCr25,620. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr462 through 2 starports (0 Class A, 1 Class B, 1 Class C, 0 Class D) employing 102,165 people. Driving this interstellar trade are no Agricultural (Ag) worlds, no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, no Rich (Ri) worlds, and one Industrial (In) world. The governments in the Grand Duchy of Marlheim maintain one Naval base and one Military base within the subsector.
The Grand Duchy of Marlheim has an estimated population of 5 billion within the subsector, distributed across one High population (Hi) world, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, no Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, one Low population (Lo) world, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Pendang (Reaver's Deep 1231). The population consists of 1 sophont group.
Client state, Third Imperium[edit]
The Client states of the Third Imperium in Eakoi encompass two worlds with an estimated combined population of 36 billion.
Non-Aligned, Aslan-dominated[edit]
There is one Non-Aligned Aslan-dominated world in Eakoi with an estimated population of 7 billion.

Linguistic Topography[edit]
- Anglic: One of the two official languages of the Third Imperium and an official language of the Solomani Confederation.
- Caledonian Anglic; a variant used in much of Reaver's Deep Sector.
- Aslanic: A patois of the Aslan's dominant language of Trokh, utilising Trokh grammar and morphology but with phonology more suited to Human vocalisation. Commonly used by Human societies that have long had contact and exchange with Aslan, noticeably those aided and uplifted by Aslan during the Long Night.
- Chinese-descended Solomani languages
- Common Iltharan: The predominate language of the Iltharan people; although less widespread than it once was, its influence is apparent across several subsectors.
- Kdaar (Platt-based Reavers Cant): The language of the Grand Duchy of Marlheim, an Anglic-based "cant" over a base of a language called Platt.
- Platt -- itself influenced by languages including Trokh -- combined with a form of Reavers Cant to produce Kdaar; the modern version of which, deliberately engineered by the totalitarian Marlheim government, is Marldaar.
- Reavers Cant: Any of a number of dialects developed by reaver parties and pirate nations during the Long Night.
- In some systems -- the Grand Duchy of Marlheim being a major example -- Reavers Cant has developed into official or semi-official state languages.
- Trokh: The common language of Aslan who conform to the modern Aslan monoculture established after the Aslan Cultural Purge.
