  • The Andwella Subsector is the location of much of the politically volatile Tellerian Cluster.

Native sophonts include the Veghu of Xtus and the Thonane of Balchik.

The Ancients were active in this subsector, and archaeological sites are noted on Turan and Gyatsa.

The 1089 Council of Worlds defines the current political situation, that of non-interference protocols for the volatile Tellerian Cluster and, in theory, protection for neutral shipping.

The earlier Catalon Protocols (987) banned weapons of mass destruction and introduced rules of conduct in war to prevent the worst atrocities.

The Eli marauders are active in this subsector.
