History & Background (Dossier)

Telleria is the namesake, most populous member, and economic leader of the Tellerian Cluster. In 710 it became the first world settled on the Tellerian Main under an initiative originating with Margaret I of the Third Imperium. Telleria reminds its neighbours of this fact in an attempt to exert dominance.

• In 1089, the Council of Worlds was held on Telleria (Vanguard Reaches 1308) to hammer out a non-interference agreement for the Tellerian Cluster's Wars of Colonization.

World Starport

Telleria has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
