The Balboa-Coronel Cluster is a cluster lying across the border between Alpha Crucis Sector and Neworld Sector.

These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr3,836 through 26 starports (6 Class A, 8 Class B, 8 Class C, 4 Class D) employing 580,290 people. Driving this interstellar trade are five Agricultural (Ag) worlds, five Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, one Pre-Agricultural (Pa) world, four Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, three Rich (Ri) worlds, and two Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Ziusudra maintain six Naval bases and five Military bases. The average technology level is 10 (with most between 8 and 12). History & Background (Dossier)

Ziusudra was an early outpost of Terran explorers, who according to local legend first visited it during the Seventh Interstellar War, although the current Solomani population arrived during the Rule of Man.

Security & Defense

The worlds of the region are patrolled by the Solomani Navy. It defends Confederation territory, protects Confederation interests, suppresses piracy, and ensures interstellar trade and commerce.

• Confederation vessels may demand customs inspections.
• Some systems are defended by local naval forces.

The Solomani Navy operates couriers and packet ships to carry communications and mail within the Confederation. Some of the routes they make use of predate the founding of the Solomani Autonomous Region in the early 8th Century, while others have more modern origins, being established following the Solomani Rim War and Solomani independence.
