Summary[edit]

NewSun, subsector F of Crucis Margin, contains 29 worlds with an estimated combined population of 6 billion, a per capita income of Cr2,943, and a total economy of BCr19,433. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr100 through 24 starports (6 Class A, 6 Class B, 7 Class C, 5 Class D) employing 16,605 people. Driving this interstellar trade are five Agricultural (Ag) worlds, one Non-Agricultural (Na) world, four Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, three Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, seven Rich (Ri) worlds, and no Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in NewSun maintain three Naval bases. The average technology level is 8 (with most between 5 and 10). The highest technology level is 12 at Gdynia (Crucis Margin 1616).

NewSun, subsector F of Crucis Margin, contains 40 stars and 286 identified planets; 18 monostellar systems, 11 binary systems, no trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 17 of the 29 systems (58%) have native gas giants. There are one Asteroid (As) belt, one Desert (De) world, two Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, five Poor (Po) worlds, three Vacuum (Va) worlds, and no Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.

NewSun has an estimated population of 6 billion distributed across one High population (Hi) world, seven Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 11 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, two Low population (Lo) worlds, and one Barren (Ba) world. The highest population world is Ulid (Crucis Margin 1015). The population consists primarily of 3 sophont groups including two native sophonts.
