Subsector F of Gashikan Sector.
Description[edit]
Summary[edit]
Khishpe, subsector F of Gashikan, contains 30 worlds with an estimated combined population of 173 billion, a per capita income of Cr4,388, and a total economy of BCr759,136. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr379 through 24 starports (4 Class A, 6 Class B, 10 Class C, 4 Class D) employing 44,870 people. Driving this interstellar trade are no Agricultural (Ag) worlds, four Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, four Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, one Pre-Industrial (Pi) world, three Rich (Ri) worlds, and three Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Khishpe maintain eight Scout bases and three Naval bases. The average technology level is 7 (with most between 5 and 9). The highest technology level is 12 at Shudisam (Gashikan 1412) and Khurlali (Gashikan 1519).
Khishpe, subsector F of Gashikan, contains 50 stars and 371 identified planets; 15 monostellar systems, 11 binary systems, three trinary systems, and one system with four or more stars. 27 of the 30 systems (90%) have native gas giants. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, five Desert (De) worlds, no Garden (Ga) worlds, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, ten Poor (Po) worlds, one Vacuum (Va) world, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.
Khishpe has an estimated population of 173 billion distributed across four High population (Hi) worlds, five Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 11 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, seven Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Zulishamar (Gashikan 0913), Khurlali (Gashikan 1519), and Kiginiir (Gashikan 1513). The population consists primarily of 2 sophont groups.

Third Empire of Gashikan[edit]
The Third Empire of Gashikan has jurisdiction over 23 worlds in the subsector, with an estimated combined population of 73 billion, a per capita income of Cr6,369, and a total economy of BCr469,878. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr367 through 18 starports (2 Class A, 5 Class B, 8 Class C, 3 Class D) employing 42,995 people. Driving this interstellar trade are no Agricultural (Ag) worlds, four Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, four Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, one Pre-Industrial (Pi) world, two Rich (Ri) worlds, and two Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in the Third Empire of Gashikan maintain seven Scout bases and three Naval bases within the sector. The average technology level is 7 (with most between 5 and 9). The highest technology level is 12 at Khurlali (Gashikan 1519).
The Third Empire of Gashikan has an estimated population of 73 billion within the subsector, distributed across two High population (Hi) worlds, five Moderate population (Ph) worlds, nine Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, five Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Khurlali (Gashikan 1519). The population consists primarily of 1 sophont group.
Non-Aligned, Human-dominated[edit]
There are six Non-Aligned Human-dominated worlds in Khishpe with an estimated combined population of 100 billion.
Drr'lana Network[edit]
The Drr'lana Network has jurisdiction over one world in the subsector with an estimated population of less than 1 million, a per capita income of Cr0, and a total economy of BCr0. Driving this economy are no Agricultural (Ag) worlds, no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, no Rich (Ri) worlds, and no Industrial (In) worlds.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
The Gashikan Empire's Ministry of Information and Safety (MIS) holds much of the power here, albeit unofficially. The Ministry's ostensible mission is to prevent the spread of damaging Vargr propaganda, and to promote peace and unity throughout the Empire. To accomplish these goals, its agents maintain careful control of all news and information.
