Subsector E of Gashikan Sector.

Description[edit]

The Arirmida Subsector contains 36 worlds with a combined population of 65.4 billion. The highest population is 50 billion, at Irgilakhii. The highest tech level is C at Uderakhii, Inenam and Ushar.

Summary[edit]

Arirmida, subsector E of Gashikan, contains 36 worlds with an estimated combined population of 65 billion, a per capita income of Cr3,439, and a total economy of BCr224,987. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr953 through 29 starports (3 Class A, 11 Class B, 12 Class C, 3 Class D) employing 107,685 people. Driving this interstellar trade are nine Agricultural (Ag) worlds, four Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, three Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, three Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, four Rich (Ri) worlds, and two Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Arirmida maintain 15 Scout bases and seven Naval bases. The average technology level is 7 (with most between 4 and 10). The highest technology level is 12 at Uderakhii (Gashikan 0120), Inenam (Gashikan 0315), and Ushar (Gashikan 0320).

Arirmida, subsector E of Gashikan, contains 66 stars and 378 identified planets; 19 monostellar systems, 11 binary systems, three trinary systems, and two systems with four or more stars. 26 of the 36 systems (72%) have native gas giants. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, two Desert (De) worlds, four Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, three Poor (Po) worlds, four Vacuum (Va) worlds, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.

Arirmida has an estimated population of 65 billion distributed across three High population (Hi) worlds, three Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 18 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, eight Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Irgilakhii (Gashikan 0118). The population consists primarily of 2 sophont groups.

Third Empire of Gashikan[edit]

The Third Empire of Gashikan has jurisdiction over 19 worlds in the subsector with an estimated combined population of 56 billion, a per capita income of Cr3,484, and a total economy of BCr196,974. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr627 through 17 starports (2 Class A, 5 Class B, 8 Class C, 2 Class D) employing 70,860 people. Driving this interstellar trade are four Agricultural (Ag) worlds, two Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, two Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, two Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, two Rich (Ri) worlds, and one Industrial (In) world. The governments in the Third Empire of Gashikan maintain 11 Scout bases and four Naval bases within the subsector. The average technology level is 7 (with most between 4 and 10). The highest technology level is 12 at Uderakhii (Gashikan 0120) and Ushar (Gashikan 0320).

The Third Empire of Gashikan has an estimated population of 56 billion within the subsector, distributed across two High population (Hi) worlds, two Moderate population (Ph) worlds, eight Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, four Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Irgilakhii (Gashikan 0118). The population consists primarily of 1 sophont group.

Drr'lana Network[edit]

The Drr'lana Network has jurisdiction over 15 worlds in the subsector with an estimated combined population of 8 billion, a per capita income of Cr3,156, and a total economy of BCr27,999. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr324 through 10 starports (1 Class A, 6 Class B, 2 Class C, 1 Class D) employing 36,685 people. Driving this interstellar trade are five Agricultural (Ag) worlds, one Non-Agricultural (Na) world, one Pre-Agricultural (Pa) world, one Pre-Industrial (Pi) world, two Rich (Ri) worlds, and one Industrial (In) world. The governments in the Drr'lana Network maintain three Naval bases and two Scout bases within the subsector. The average technology level is 6 (with most between 3 and 10). The highest technology level is 12 at Inenam (Gashikan 0315).

The Drr'lana Network has an estimated population of 8 billion within the subsector, distributed across one High population (Hi) world, one Moderate population (Ph) world, nine Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, three Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Mugamushi (Gashikan 0713). The population consists primarily of 1 sophont group.

The Nudashiir Lagani[edit]

A number of worlds in the subsector lie on the Nudashiir Lagani, the great Lishun-Gashikan Main.

  • An eclectic mix of vessels, both human and Vargr, work their ways along the Main, carrying vast amounts of goods and commodities between its member worlds.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

The Drr'lana Network is a Vargr-Human state that formed as a response to the expansionism of the Empire of Gashikan.

  • Social attitudes often mirror those in the Empire, especially as regards Suedzuk Vargr, but the Drr'lana (named for the charismatic leader that brought the worlds of the Network together) insist on a level of local autonomy unacceptable to the Empire.
