The Unholy Exile class Trader is a TL–12 Trader

Description[edit]

The Unholy Exile class Trader is a small exile class deployed by the unholy and disenfranchised among the citizens of the Tenjada Moralitate. At all costs they seek to evade the Tenjada Naval Force (TNF) patrols. Examples of the class can be encountered throughout the coreward parts of Mavuzog Sectors. The vessel has a fully streamlined, saucer structure hull. It is fitted with fuel scoops and a fuel purification plant allowing it to perform wilderness ocean refueling.

1. Tonnage / Hull The Unholy Exile class Trader is constructed using a 300 Ton hull built in a flattened sphere configuration. The hull is fully streamlined allowing ocean refueling, that is further enhanced by its onboard gravitic systems.
  • The vessel has four airlocks. The cargo hold is accessed by a large ventral bay doors that also serves to anchor docking clamps for service vehicles.

Accessible areas of the hull are fitted with grav plates and inertial compensators and have full life support and environmental systems.

  • There are internal monitoring and security systems throughout the vessel. Individual sections of the hull can be sealed off.
  • There is an emergency locker.
3. Performance The vessel mounts a Jump-3 drive, a Maneuver-4 drive, and an upgraded fusion Power Plant-4, giving performance of Jump-3 and 4-G acceleration. The ship has an agility rating of 1 and an emergency agility of 4. The internal fuel tankage is sufficient for a single Jump-3 and gives the power plant 4 weeks duration. It is fitted with drop tanks, should extended range operations be required.
  • The engineering section has a main control room.
  • The jump drive utilizes a lanthanum hull grid and is fitted with a jump governor.
4. Electronics Adjacent to the bridge is a Model/6 fib computer.
  • There are multiple workstations and control points throughout the vessel.
  • The vessel is fitted with communications equipment, a basic sensor array, and has an avionics suite. They have system range laser, microwave and radio communication arrays.
  • It has an automatic holy transponder unit that interrogates other systems within range at all times, exchanging scriptural passages to authenticate and update all systems with the latest patch levels.

  • The vessel is equipped with a fuel purification plant that can refine all onboard fuel in 8 hours: the plant is operated and maintained by the engineering crew.

  • The cargo hold can be sealed and has independent life support and environmental systems.
  • Sections of the hold may be isolated if desired and can be provided with specialized environmental conditions, typically refrigeration.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

The Unholy Exile class is used by outcasts among the Tenjada Moralitate's civilians. They carry a very advanced computer to provide the best ECM suite. They are faster than all naval vessels except the thrice cursed Holdemar class Destroyers. They are streamlined to take advantage of hiding spots where fleet vessels can not follow. The weapons are used to buy just enough time to allow escape. Most high church clergy deny that this class exists.
