History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Riarette is a member of the Khisham Cluster, a minor trade route in the central-coreward part of Massilia Sector.
The world was first settled in -2210 by Vilani fleeing Solomani expansion during the closing days of the First Imperium. Bypassed by trade ships, the colony was abandoned less than a century later. Surface dwellings and other artifacts were rediscovered by Imperial scouts in 50.
In 273, surveyors from Decker Industrial found massive deposits of naturally perfect silicon crystals only a few meters below the surface of the southern polar region. By 300, Riarette had become a prominent supplier of extremely cheap electronic components.
World Starport (St)[edit]
Riarette has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions.
