The Lebannese government is an extension of the Solomani corporation Defensus, who has been granted a business license to develop the Lebannon main world for the purpose of supplying the Solomani military needed supplies and materiel. The title President of Lebannon refers to that person's corporate rank. The President reports to the Defensus CEO and corporate board, and is accountable to the Solomani military.

Lebannon has a moderate level with laws covering many areas of government and interaction. These laws are simple enough that most people can act as their own advocate, though for serious issues a professional is recommended. Law enforcement officials will be present, but not in great numbers. Personal concealable firearms, and anything more destructive, are typically regulated or prohibited.
