Description
A collection of pocket empires are found here, in the shadow of the Zhodani Consulate. The Zelphic Primacy is a nation of Solomani and Vilani Humans who have embraced the Zhodani culture, while the Haladon Cooperative is pro-Imperial but maintains good relations with its pro-Zhodani neighbours, dedicating itself to trade. The native Bosaki interact with the various Humans as an important part of the subsector economy.
