Stellar Distribution[edit]
A basic map showing the distribution and size of stars within Shudash Subsector, right:
- The color corresponds to the visible color of the star, which links to its spectral classification.
- The size as shown indicates both the physical size of the object and its relative brightness.
Note that the stars as depicted are representative. Any star, no matter what its size, is a mere speck within the hex it occupies.
- Ordinary main sequence stars can barely be seen from even a hex away.
- Huge, intensely luminous giant stars can be seen from across the subsector and far beyond.
Subsector Summary[edit]
Shudash, subsector H of Ilelish contains 36 worlds with an estimated population of 153 billion, a per capita income of Cr9,302, and a total economy is BCr1,423,237. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr21,212 through 35 starports (4 Class A, 27 Class B, 4 Class C, 0 Class D) employing 3,541,630 people. Driving this interstellar trade are five Agricultural (Ag) worlds, one Non-Agricultural (Na) world, two Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, three Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, one Rich (Ri) world, and three Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Shudash maintain nine Naval bases, and one Scout base. The average technology level is 11 (with most between 9 and 13). The highest technology level is 15 at Dilfer Station (Ilelish 2615), Shudash (Ilelish 2817), Target (Ilelish 2819), and Ansha (Ilelish 3218).
Shudash, subsector H of Ilelish contains 52 stars and 367 identified planets; 22 monostellar systems, 12 binary systems, two trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 31 of the 36 systems (86%) have native gas giants. There are two Asteroid (As) belts, four Desert (De) worlds, five Garden (Ga) worlds, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, eight Poor (Po) worlds, four Vacuum (Va) worlds, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.
Shudash has an estimated population of 153 billion distributed across eight High population (Hi) worlds, two Moderate population (Ph) worlds, ten Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, 12 Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Irlariir (Ilelish 2520) and Ansha (Ilelish 3218). The population consists of 3 sophont groups.
