Subsector P of Star's End Sector, a region of neutral space under the unofficial influence of the K'kree.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
All but four systems are part of a single main that connects the unusually tolerant K'kree client polity of Star's End to the K'kree-Human fusion of the Gathering of Kirgia. A number of these systems are useless, but plenty more are profitable and well-settled.
The political influence of the Gathering of Kirgia and the Two Thousand Worlds beyond it is more overt the further trailing one moves; most of the subsector's spinward systems are usually listed as non-aligned, while those to trailing are typically considered K'kree client states. In practice, all of them fall under K'kree influence to a large degree, and all carry K'kree names.
Many sophonts here identify with the loose cooperative known as the Supraherd T'tnaree.
The Akeena Union of Lowton Subsector to rimward engages in trade here.

Hkur!, subsector P of Star's End, contains 32 worlds with an estimated combined population of 80 billion, a per capita income of Cr3,073, and a total economy of BCr247,478. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr1,091 through 21 starports (9 Class A, 5 Class B, 3 Class C, 4 Class D) employing 135,820 people. Driving this interstellar trade are six Agricultural (Ag) worlds, one Non-Agricultural (Na) world, two Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, two Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, one Rich (Ri) world, and two Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Hkur! maintain six Military bases and four Naval bases. The average technology level is 5 (with most between 1 and 10). The highest technology level is 14 at Kuruutar (Star's End 2837).
Hkur!, subsector P of Star's End, contains 47 stars and 378 identified planets; 18 monostellar systems, 13 binary systems, one trinary system, and no systems with four or more stars. 29 of the 32 systems (90%) have native gas giants. There are one Asteroid (As) belt, two Desert (De) worlds, four Garden (Ga) worlds, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, four Poor (Po) worlds, three Vacuum (Va) worlds, and no Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.

The highest population worlds are Krikri (Star's End 2938) and Kuruutar (Star's End 2837). The population consists primarily of 2 sophont groups.
