Uthe Subsector is the focus of three mostly feuding pocket empires.

  • It is a rich cultural crossroads and is known for its fine arts and artisanry including pottery and basketry in demand as far away as the Two Thousand Worlds.

This subsector is known for its many B-class Starports for which local governments are trying to attract investment capital.

Uthe, subsector O of Gvurrdon contains 20 worlds with an estimated population of 1 billion, a per capita income of Cr4,900, and a total economy is BCr7,165. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr34 through 15 starports (3 Class A, 10 Class B, 1 Class C, 1 Class D) employing 11,125 people. Driving this interstellar trade are five Agricultural (Ag) worlds, one Non-Agricultural (Na) world, one Pre-Agricultural (Pa) world, one Pre-Industrial (Pi) world, two Rich (Ri) worlds, and no Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Uthe maintain eight Corsair bases, and two Naval bases. The average technology level is 8 (with most between 5 and 11). The highest technology level is 14 at Uthith (Gvurrdon 1738).
