Tukera is a high-population, industrial world with a billion or more sophonts in population size.
- As an industrial world, this planet has well-developed manufacturing and processing industries. Manufactured goods are a major export item.
- Its economy is rapidly growing and living conditions are expected to rapidly improve barring outside forces.
- It is a member of the Third Imperium in the Dudin Subsector of Daibei Sector in the Domain of Ilelish.
Description (Astrography & Planetology)[edit]
The world is part of the namesake Tukera Cluster.
Stellar Data[edit]
System Data[edit]
System:
- x Gas Giants: 0
- x Planetoid Belts: 0
- x Other Worlds: 12
System Importance (Ix)[edit]
This world has an Importance Extension (Ix) of 2 (Ordinary).
- (The Importance Extension (Ix) ranks worlds within a region. It governs the locations of capitals and trade routes.)
Mainworld Data[edit]
Mainworld Size (S)[edit]
Tukera is a Meso World between 8,800km and 10,400km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 0.6G and 0.8G. The horizon will appear about 4.4km away.
Mainworld Atmosphere (A)[edit]
Tukera has a pressure of 1.50 to 2.49 atmospheres. While a Dense Atmosphere requires no survival gear this atmosphere also contains an unusual taint such as disease, a hazardous gas mix, pollutants, or sulfur compounds which requires the use of a Filter Mask. Some taints may require more protective equipment. TL–3 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.
Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)[edit]
Tukera has 25-35% of its surface covered by liquid water. It has a few small seas. Wilderness refueling is possible. Water for the inhabitants will be recycled.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Through the Imperium's Unemployment Insurance programme, this high population world has used the colonisation projects in Reaver's Deep Sector as a means of reducing unemployment costs.
Tukera was part of the Evantha Protectorate.
Imperial Landed Nobility[edit]
Tukera, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial Landed Knight who acts as an Imperial representative to the world, and the fiefdom of a member of the Imperial Landed Nobility, who oversees affairs regarding the world at an Interstellar and Imperial level.
- It holds the estate of an Imperial knight, the Imperial representative to the world.
- It holds the fiefdom of an Imperial count.
World Starport (Sp)[edit]
Tukera has a Class E Starport, a frontier quality installation with few expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of a downport.
- The Starport Authority employee population is approximately 140 sophonts.
World Population (P)[edit]
Tukera has a population of 70,000,000,000 sophonts (tens of billions).
- High Population Worlds like this tend to have huge consumer markets.
World Demographics[edit]
World Languages[edit]
World Government (G)[edit]
Tukera is governed by a Charismatic Dictatorship. Charismatic governments justify their ability to rule by simply asserting their right to rule. Charismatic dictatorships are typically young governments, coming as a recent change, and rely on the leader(s) to supply head of government.
World Law Level (L)[edit]
Tukera has a high law level with laws covering many areas of interactions of people, corporations, and the government. A few worlds with this law level may be Amber Zones. Any interaction with the judicial system requires an Advocate trained in the local legal system. Law enforcement is present almost everywhere, either as people or via technology. Legal proceedings can take weeks to months to resolve and involve a dozen or more people. All blade weapons and firearms, and anything more destructive, are typically regulated or prohibited.
World Technology Level (TL)[edit]
Tukera possesses a Technology Level of TL–10 or TL-A in Hexadecimal Notation.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Holovision, Personal Global Communications, and advanced Translators.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Increasingly advanced fusion plants and advanced fuel cells.
- Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:
- Land & Water: Grav belts and maturing gravcraft.
- Air: Greatly improved hybrid grav-aircraft.
- Space: Improved interplanetary spacecraft (System Craft).
- FTL: Jump Drive-1.
World Military[edit]
Tukera has a Battalion Equivalent figure of 15,000.
- This equates to approximately 7,500,000 sophonts under arms in an active or reserve capacity.
World Economy (Ex)[edit]
This world's economic measurements are: C9C+2
- Resources: C, Very abundant
- Labor: 9, Billions
- Infrastructure: C, Very extensive
- Efficiency: 2, Good
- Economic Extension: 35
- Resource Units 2592
Trade Data[edit]
Trade Classifications for this world:
Trade Lines with other worlds:
- This world has a red line minor route with the nearby world of Zenone.
- This world has a yellow line feeder route with the nearby world of Lok.
- This world is not connected to the Express Boat Network for this polity.
World Culture (Cx)[edit]
This world's cultural characteristics are: AC5A
- Homogeneity: A (Discordant)
- Acceptance: C (Xenophilic)
- Strangeness: 5 (Distinct)
- Symbols: A (Abstract)
World Infrastructure[edit]
This world possesses very extensive infrastructure.
