• Life in a vacuum requires great discipline. After all, it only takes one forgotten seal on a vacuum suit to spell death. Those who survive tend to be very methodically-minded and attentive to small detail.
• It is a member of the Third Imperium in the Lode Subsector of Zarushagar Sector in the Domain of Ilelish.
• This is a "high technology" world with technology achievements at, near, or above the standard for Charted Space.
• This world has an Imperial Naval Base, capable of handling warships.
• It is part of the Silk Road arm of the Dagudashaag Main.

Mystic has a pressure of less than 0.001 atmospheres which requires the use of a Vacc Suit. TL–8 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.

Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)

Mystic has no free-standing water or ice on the surface. Wilderness refueling isn't possible on this world. Water for the inhabitants needs to be imported and extensively recycled. These worlds are classified Desert World or a Hell World depending on their atmosphere.

History & Background (Dossier)

Mystic is part of the Silk Road, a branch of the Dagudashaag Main. It is one of only three of the Main's member worlds that lie beyond the borders of Dagudashaag Sector (the other two being Vohitsara and Ars in Gushemege Sector).

World Starport (St)

Mystic has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

• This world is host to a Naval Base.

World Population (P)

Mystic has a population of 7,000 sophonts (thousands).

• This is a Low Population World and the population would be too low to sustain itself without a little outside assistance. This may represent the home base of a sizable but mostly transient population such as the base of a major starship expedition, the last generation of a dying colony, the first generation of a new colony, or a large outpost that will probably evolve into a colony if not stopped.

Alternatively, the organization may be a more typical government apparatus, only with positions of power inherited.

Mystic has a low law level. There are few laws, covering only important areas. There may be few or no law enforcement officers, the expectation is citizens will bring law breakers to the attention of the Judicial system. Legal proceedings will be fast, with few people involved. For interactions outside of the framework of the laws, cultural norms dominate. Machine guns, other automatic weapons, portable energy weapons, and other military weapons, body pistols, explosives, and poison gas are typically regulated or prohibited.
