Udipeni is a high-population garden world with a billion or more sophonts in population size and a near-ideal utopian environment conducive to most sophonts.
- Its economy and population are rapidly growing and living conditions are expected to quickly rise barring outside forces.
- It is a member of the Third Imperium in the Forquee Subsector of Massilia Sector in the Domain of Sylea.
- This is a temperate world, with a climate of pleasant, average temperatures, considered to be an ideal or near-ideal environment by many different sophont species.
- This is a "high technology" world with technology achievements at, near, or over technology standards for Charted Space.
- This is a "Puzzle" world designated as an Amber Zone. Caution is advised since the world has an environment, laws, customs, life forms, or other conditions that are not well understood and might be a danger to a visitor.
- The system's gas giants are home to settlements of Jgd-ll-jagd, part of the clade centered on Liaw.

Mainworld Geography and Topography
(Blank map, predominantly watery world.)
History & Background (Dossier)
Udipeni is a Puzzle World and is designated as an Amber Zone. It presents particular risks and dangers due to the environment or native life forms, laws or customs, or other conditions that are not well understood.
- Visitors are advised to act with caution.
Point of Interest: Iilodav Music Festival
This world, though beautiful and varied, would not have its present volume of traffic and tourism were it not for the Iilodav Music Festival.
- Performers and performing groups come from all over the Imperium to study and perform here:
- Hallow's performance facilities are superb, and the Meinel Conservatory has a library of music that many claim is unequaled within the Imperium.
- Here you can find and hear compositions ranging from the ancient Kilatis' of Baarid Garuud and the Claconas and Fugues of Dietrich Bixtehude to the most modern compositions of Bran Ralu, Eafeahkhail Eeskha, and Robin Garcia.
- There are even occasional performances of the music and drama of Droyne, Hiver, Vargr, and non-Imperial Aslan cultures.
World Starport (St)
Udipeni has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
World Population (P)
Udipeni has a population of 10,000,000,000 sophonts (tens of billions).
- High Population Worlds like this tend to have huge consumer markets.
Linguistic Topography
The most commonly heard languages are:
- Anglic, one of the two official languages of the Imperium.
- Vilani, one of the two official languages of the Imperium.
World Technology Level (T)
Udipeni possesses a Technology Level of TL–14 or TL-E in Hexadecimal Notation.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Early meson communicators.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Miniature super-batteries, early collectors, and advanced fusion plants.
- Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:
- Land, Water & Air: Personal G-Tubes and advanced gravcraft.
- Space: Advanced interplanetary spacecraft (System Craft).
- FTL: Jump Drive-5.
World Government (G)
Udipeni is governed by a Charismatic Oligarchy, like a charismatic dictatorship in that a larger group has asserted their right to rule. The group will have better rules of succession and may last longer or may transition to a non-charismatic dictatorship.
World Law (L)
Udipeni has an extreme law level which covers every area of interaction. Laws are complex, detailed, and difficult to understand. Every interaction with the government requires an Advocate. Law enforcement is omnipresent and strict. Legal proceeding can take months to years to resolve and may involve dozens of people. A few worlds with this law level may be a Red Zone and others will be an Amber Zone. All objects specifically manufactured as weapons are typically regulated or prohibited (with no exception for private residences; visiting starships are only protected so long as they stay within designated starports and approach corridors).
Imperial Landed Nobility
Udipeni, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estates of two members of the Imperial Nobility, who are charged with overseeing the world.
