Fifth Frontier War (1107 to 1110)

Latest in the series of Frontier Wars between the Zhodani and the Imperium. Following several years of unrest and provocation, Zhodani forces attacked across the Imperial borders while previously placed guerrillas on selected Imperial worlds began uprisings. Vargr and Sword World forces allied with the Zhodani also participated in the attacks.

The armistice, signed in 1110, resulted in the loss of no worlds to the hostiles and returned to the status quo.

• Ambassador Shterbifriashav delivers a declaration of war to the Duke of Regina
• Zhodani unsuccessfully attack Regina/Regina (Spinward Marches 1910), capital of the Spinward Marches
• Sword Worlds attack and take Lanth (Spinward Marches 1719) with fleet and ground elements
• Arba/Lunion (Spinward Marches 1721) captured by the Gram Fleet of the Sword Worlds Confederation

• The Ine Givar terrorist organization funded by the Zhodani and Sword Worlds implicated in numerous acts of destruction and sabotage, including (most recently) the disappearance of the merchant ship Harun-al-Rashid, an explosion and fire in scout base facilities at Meleto (Spinward Marches 2827), and the release of a deadly viral toxin into the water supply of the Imperial Naval installation at Bendor (Spinward Marches 2326).
• Authorities on Tureded (Spinward Marches 2414) have announced the discovery and arrest of a number of "sleeper" agents in high places in the planetary government
• Kinorb (Spinward Marches 2202) and Yorbund (Spinward Marches 2303) systems attacked by Zhodani-allied Vargr forces

• Coup on Arden/Vilis (Spinward Marches 1011) has replaced the pro-Zhodani government with a pro-Imperial coalition
• Zhodani Consulate and the Imperial Admiralty announced that an armistice as of 120-1110 Imperial reckoning
