Trade Routes (Economic Astrography)[edit]

Vilani Main. (Chart sourced from Traveller Map)

One major trade route dominates the region:

The Vilani Main[edit]

The Vilani Main, the mighty trade artery of the Ziru Sirka, includes every system within the subsector save five (the Tonnes Cluster).

  • High cargo capacity, low jump rating vessels move along the Main, carrying vast amounts of goods and commodities between its member worlds.
  • Worlds on the Main are highlighted in green.
  • Vland is marked in red.

Tonnes Cluster[edit]

The Tonnes Cluster is a stellar phenomenon found within this subsector, a cluster of five star systems.

Subsector Summary: 1105[edit]

Shuna, subsector I of Lishun, contains 35 worlds with an estimated combined population of 173 billion, a per capita income of Cr10,025, and a total economy of BCr1,734,369. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr18,817 through 31 starports (5 Class A, 13 Class B, 7 Class C, 6 Class D) employing 3,829,075 people. Driving this interstellar trade are two Agricultural (Ag) worlds, four Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, one Pre-Agricultural (Pa) world, seven Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, one Rich (Ri) world, and four Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Shuna maintain ten Scout bases and eight Naval bases. The average technology level is 10 (with most between 7 and 12). The highest technology level is 15 at Shuna (Lishun 0227).

Shuna, subsector I of Lishun, contains 53 stars and 334 identified planets; 17 monostellar systems, 18 binary systems, no trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 23 of the 35 systems (65%) have native gas giants. There are four Asteroid (As) belts, three Desert (De) worlds, four Garden (Ga) worlds, two Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, four Poor (Po) worlds, six Vacuum (Va) worlds, and one Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) world.

Shuna has an estimated population of 173 billion distributed across five High population (Hi) worlds, four Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 14 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, eight Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Shuna (Lishun 0227), Tonnes (Lishun 0722), Biaz Ven (Lishun 0530), and Ixteline (Lishun 0723). The population consists primarily of 3 sophont groups including two native sophonts.
