Subsector Summary: 1105[edit]
Naem, subsector P of Mendan, contains 24 worlds with an estimated combined population of 9 billion, a per capita income of Cr4,617, and a total economy of BCr44,545. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr187 through 23 starports (3 Class A, 8 Class B, 11 Class C, 1 Class D) employing 25,455 people. Driving this interstellar trade are three Agricultural (Ag) worlds, three Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, three Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, four Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, two Rich (Ri) worlds, and two Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Naem maintain nine Military bases and four Naval bases. The average technology level is 8 (with most between 6 and 11). The highest technology level is 12 at Ibardan (Mendan 2734), Nonooleo (Mendan 2835), and Imikari (Mendan 3236).
Naem, subsector P of Mendan, contains 32 stars and 303 identified planets; 16 monostellar systems, eight binary systems, no trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 22 of the 24 systems (91%) have native gas giants. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, two Desert (De) worlds, three Garden (Ga) worlds, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, three Poor (Po) worlds, one Vacuum (Va) world, and five Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.
Naem has an estimated population of 9 billion distributed across two High population (Hi) worlds, three Moderate population (Ph) worlds, ten Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, five Low population (Lo) worlds, and one Barren (Ba) world. The highest population worlds are Bashkari (Mendan 3032) and Amiggus (Mendan 2737). The population consists primarily of 2 sophont groups.

Julian Protectorate[edit]
The Julian Protectorate has jurisdiction over all of the worlds with an estimated combined population of 9 billion, a per capita income of Cr4,617, and a total economy of BCr44,545. The governments in the Julian Protectorate maintain nine Military bases and four Naval bases within the subsector. The average technology level is 8 (with most between 6 and 11). The highest technology level is 12 at Ibardan (Mendan 2734), Nonooleo (Mendan 2835), and Imikari (Mendan 3236).
The Julian Protectorate has an estimated population of 9 billion within the subsector, distributed across two High population (Hi) worlds, three Moderate population (Ph) worlds, ten Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, five Low population (Lo) worlds, and one Barren (Ba) world. The highest population worlds are Bashkari (Mendan 3032) and Amiggus (Mendan 2737). The population consists primarily of 2 sophont groups.
- The Julian Protectorate subsector capital of Naem is Imikari (Mendan 3236).

Linguistic Topography: 1116[edit]
The following languages are among the most commonly encountered in this astrographic region:
- Anglic: Common to many human worlds.
- Julian Anglic: The most common variant in the sector, and an official language of the Julian Protectorate.
- Hhraki: Also known as Hhkarn; the primary language of the Hhkar. Hhkar travel frequently and may be found wandering much of Julian and adjacent space.
- Irilitok: The language family of the most populous Vargr phenotype and ethnic culture within the Julian Protectorate.
- Rrakfugk: An Irilitok language common in the Asimikigir Confederation.
- Vuakedh: A common Irilitok language in the Domain of Antares.
- Ovaghoun: The language family of a populous Vargr phenotype and ethnic culture.
- Ikonaz Vargr: A form of the dominant Ovaghoun language in the Ikonaz Sphere (and so in the Rukadukaz Republic).
- Ikonaz Vilani: A variant of the above altered to suit Human vocalization.
