Nadrin is a poor, low-population desert hellworld, with a population of less than 10,000 sophonts struggling to survive in a inhospitable environment.
- Living on a hellworld is a constant struggle. Nearly every day and sometimes even hourly, the inhabitants of this world face life-threatening challenges.
- This world has no free-standing water.
- It is a member of the Third Imperium in the Mora Subsector of Spinward Marches Sector in the Domain of Deneb.
- This is a hot world, with a climate of high temperatures.
- This world has an Imperial Scout base, capable of handling IISS starships and personnel.
- Nadrin is a member of the Spinward Main.
- It lies on the Mora Arm.
- The population is almost entirely Jonkereen.

Mainworld Size (S)[edit]
Nadrin is a Meso World between 5,600km and 7,200km in diameter. The world has low gravity between 0.32G and 0.46G. The horizon will appear about 3.6km away.
Mainworld Atmosphere (A)[edit]
Nadrin has a pressure of 0.10 to 0.42 atmospheres. The very thin pressures require a respirator or Oxygen Mask this atmosphere also contains an unusual taint such as such as disease, a hazardous gas mix, pollutants, or sulfur compounds which requires the use of a Filter Respirator Combination Mask. Some taints may require more protective equipment. TL–5 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.
- It experiences high temperatures.
- The atmosphere is tainted by toxic gases of geological origin.
Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)[edit]
Nadrin has no free-standing water or ice on the surface. Wilderness refueling isn't possible on this world. Water for the inhabitants needs to be imported and extensively recycled. These worlds are classified Desert World or a Hell World depending on their atmosphere.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Nadrin is a desert world with a Jonkeereen population. The planet is the site of trials to establish the limits of atmospheric conditions that can be tolerated by Jonkeereen without artificial assistance. [2]
World Starport (St)[edit]
Nadrin has a Class D Starport, a poor quality installation which has few of the expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of only a downport, unless this is a trade port or system with an hostile environment mainworld.
- The world is host to a Scout Base.
World Population (P)[edit]
Nadrin has population of 900 sophonts (hundreds).
- This is a Low Population World and the population would be too low to sustain itself without moderate outside assistance. This may represent a large transient population such as the crew of a fleet of starships, the dwindling remnants of a dying colony, a construction team building a new colony, or an outpost that could evolve into a colony.
- The population almost entirely consists of Jonkereen.

The largest group will be between 50 and 100 individuals, and there may be dozens to hundreds of them. This governmental structure can be stable over long periods of time if the population remains small or geographically separated.
World Law (L)[edit]
Nadrin has a low law level. There are few laws, covering only important areas. There may be few or no law enforcement officers, the expectation is citizens will bring law breakers to the attention of the Judicial system. Legal proceedings will be fast, with few people involved. For interactions outside of the framework of the laws, cultural norms dominate. Machine guns, other automatic weapons, portable energy weapons, and other military weapons, body pistols, explosives, and poison gas are typically regulated or prohibited.
