Tonnage	The Victory Complete class Cruiser class is constructed using a 30,000 dTon hull built in an streamlined needle/wedge configuration. x4 primary airlocks and x10 secondary service airlocks are located around the vessel. The cargo hold is accessed by several large hatches with loading ramps. It has vacuum cargo transfer locks with grapples. The configuration of the hull typically stays in orbit and relies on service vessels.
2.	Crew	x751 personnel: 15 command, 57 engineering, 93 gunnery, 26 flight, 60 services, and 500 marines. Accommodations There are 378.5 staterooms. Double occupancy accommodations are available for all. Accessible areas of the hull are fitted with grav plates and inertial compensators and have full life support and environmental systems. There are internal monitoring and security systems throughout the vessel. Individual sections of the hull can be sealed off. There are multiple emergency lockers.
3.	Performance	The vessel mounts a Cobalt Dynamics Jump 4 drive, one Magnum Flow Reactionless 1G drives, and a Power Plant-6, giving performance of Jump-4 and 1G acceleration. The ship has an agility rating of 0 and an emergency agility of 1. It is a long-range design: the internal fuel tankage is sufficient for a single jump 4, with drop tanks for an additional jump 4 and gives the power plant 4 weeks duration. The engineering section has a main control room. Ladders, gantries and platforms give access to the machinery. The jump drive utilizes a hull grid. The jump drive is fitted with a jump governor.
4.	Electronics	Adjacent to the bridge is an efficient Model/7fib computer: with a full backup computer is installed. There are multiple holo-dynamically reconfigurable Workstations. The vessel is fitted with communications equipment, an extensive passive and active EMS sensor arrays, and an avionics suite, with terrain following abilities. Vessels in military service have advanced sensors and are fitted with backup commo and sensor systems. They have system range laser, maser, and radio communication systems. 8.	Craft	Flight Section x4 3 dton Air Rafts The Victory Complete class Cruisers usually carries a platoon of small Grav APCs for the direct action team to deploy and ex-filtrate. The vehicles are housed in a dedicated hanger. x1 80 dton Cargo Shuttle x10 20 ton Light Fighters organized into a patrol squadron for combat space patrols, defensive missile interdiction, and close air support for marines on the ground.
9.	Fuel Treatment	The vessel has internal fuel tankage of 13,800 dTons. The vessel is equipped with a fuel purification plant that can refine all onboard fuel in a few hours: the plant is operated and maintained by the engineering crew. Droptanks Examples of the class in military service are routinely fitted with Droptanks capable of supporting an additional jump-4 for extended range operations.
10.	Cost	The basic cost of the vessel, complete without the subcraft, is MCr67,714.626. The vessel and its subcraft are standard designs. Detailed architectural plans are widely available and a MCr 246.755 design fee is chargeable. If multiple examples of the design are ordered all of the ships in the production run qualify for a 20% discount, which reduces the price per unit to MCr54,171.701 (not including subcraft).
11.	Construction Time	200 weeks individually, 160 weeks in quantity. Build times can be reduced by mass production and the efficiencies such processes generate, by increased financing, and by allotting additional yard resources and facilities to the construction contract.
12.	Comments	Standard cargo capacity amounts to 125 dTons.

History & Background (Dossier)

Designed and built for Talokan Armed Forces these are streamlined, lightly armored vessels designed to hit hard and fade away. They carry the most powerful spinal mounted particle accelerator available. Hindered by light armor, they do have redundant systems to absorb some critical hits. They lost maneuver drives and are slower as a result. A larger than normal set of fusion reactors were required to power the massive particle accelerator. An attempt to used asteroid hulls for this class failed. They also carry the same marine compliment as their much bigger brothers, yet lack the vehicle support. They are less capable in marine support and recovery.
