The Cluster is a trade route. High cargo capacity, low jump rating vessels move along it, carrying vast amounts of goods and commodities between its member worlds.

The Cluster is named for Allegro, a rich, technologically advanced world. It is a major economic power in the Cluster as well as possessing the Cluster's best starport.

The highest population world in the Cluster, with approximately five billion inhabitants, is the Shaid Mamke asteroid belt.
