Non-Aligned ("Na") systems are those that are independent of the local interstellar or off-world polities.
- They are World-States or governments that govern part or all of a system or world (planet), but not more than one system or mainworld.
Description (Specifications)
Uninhabited system are given an Allegiance Code of Na to indicate a lack of allegiance to out-of-system powers.
Selected Non-Aligned Typologies
There are several types of common "Non-Aligned" systems:
- NaAs: Non-Aligned (Aslan-dominated)
- NaDr: Non-Aligned (Droyne-dominated)
- NaHu: Non-Aligned (Human-dominated)
- NaHv: Non-Aligned (Hiver-dominated) or Hive FDA Extra-Federation Operation
- NaKk: Non-Aligned (K'kree-dominated)
- NaXX: Non-Aligned (Unclaimed)
- NaVa: Non-Aligned (Vargr-dominated)
And there are many more types of less common "Non-Aligned" worlds...

These systems may well trade with the interstellar polities, or may not, as the case may be.
The symbol associated with non-aligned worlds is derived from that of the Terran Confederation (-2400 to -2204).
- It depicts a generic, non-specific world.
- Many worlds use their own symbology.
