The Regina Subsector is defended by the famous 213th Fleet which defended the Lunion Subsector and conquered the Sword Worlds in the Fifth Frontier War. The 213th headquarters are located at Efate (Spinward Marches 1705).
The Regina Frontier falls within Regency Quarantine District 2. RQD2 runs from Menorb (Spinward Marches 1803) to Enaaka (Deneb 0203) and has exclusive responsibility for the interface with the Vargr Splinters
Regina, subsector C of Spinward Marches has 32 worlds, of which 23 have native gas giants. The estimated population for the subsector is 74 billion sophonts (not necessarily humans). There are eight High population (Hi) worlds, seven Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 12 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, two Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. There are two Agricultural (Ag) worlds versus four Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, and three Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds. There are six Rich (Ri) worlds versus four Industrial (In) worlds. There is one Asteroid (As) belt, two Desert (De) worlds, two Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, two Poor (Po) worlds, three Vacuum (Va) worlds, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds. There are five Naval bases in the subsector, 11 Scout bases, and one Way station. In Regina there are four race homeworlds. The highest population world is Rethe (Spinward Marches 2408). The highest tech level is F at Efate (Spinward Marches 1705). The average technology level is 8 (with most between 4 and 11).
