Subsector F of Phlask Sector.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
After a severe error in Manipulation at the high-population world of Woods (Phlask 1012), the Hivers interdicted low-tech Human societies on Lestrigge, Coseecer, and Lucienne, ostensibly to prevent the social changes from "spreading" along the subsector's major main and into the Hive Federation.
Subsector Summary: 1116[edit]
Flaphla, subsector F of Phlask, contains 37 worlds with an estimated combined population of 29 billion, a per capita income of Cr2,617, and a total economy of BCr78,387. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr245 through 34 starports (9 Class A, 10 Class B, 9 Class C, 6 Class D) employing 47,385 people. Driving this interstellar trade are five Agricultural (Ag) worlds, two Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, one Pre-Agricultural (Pa) world, two Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, four Rich (Ri) worlds, and two Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Flaphla maintain nine Military bases, nine Naval bases, and four Scout bases. The average technology level is 8 (with most between 4 and 12). The highest technology level is 15 at Olrer (Phlask 1017) and Treoldvap (Phlask 1120), and Vescy (Phlask 1311).
Flaphla, subsector F of Phlask, contains 53 stars and 405 identified planets; 21 monostellar systems, 16 binary systems, no trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 32 of the 37 systems (86%) have native gas giants. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, one Desert (De) world, no Garden (Ga) worlds, two Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, four Poor (Po) worlds, three Vacuum (Va) worlds, and four Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.
Flaphla has an estimated population of 29 billion distributed across four High population (Hi) worlds, one Moderate population (Ph) world, 17 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, seven Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Woods (Phlask 1012). The population consists primarily of 4 sophont groups including two native sophonts.

Hive Federation[edit]
The Hive Federation has jurisdiction over 29 worlds in the subsector with an estimated combined population of 9 billion, a per capita income of Cr3,286, and a total economy of BCr32,570. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr244 through 29 starports (8 Class A, 10 Class B, 7 Class C, 4 Class D) employing 47,235 people. Driving this interstellar trade are four Agricultural (Ag) worlds, one Non-Agricultural (Na) world, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, two Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, three Rich (Ri) worlds, and two Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in the Hive Federation maintain nine Military bases and eight Naval bases within the subsector. The average technology level is 9 (with most between 5 and 12). The highest technology level is 15 at Olrer (Phlask 1017) and Treoldvap (Phlask 1120).
The Hive Federation has an estimated population of 9 billion within the subsector, distributed across three High population (Hi) worlds, one Moderate population (Ph) world, 14 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, five Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Daootuac (Phlask 1315), Klenimam (Phlask 1515), and Gomotgul (Phlask 1014). The population consists primarily of 3 sophont groups including two native sophonts.
- The Hive Federation subsector capital of Flaphla is Zanfaho (Phlask 1519).
