The High Population worlds of Alva and Ordred are among the most influential in coreward Phlask. A quiet influence in their shadow, the rich world of Cinderella (Phlask 2208) is also surprisingly important to local Human interstellar society, largely because it facilitates trade with Hive Federation concerns.

Cophlan, subsector C of Phlask contains 27 worlds with an estimated population of 181 billion, a per capita income of Cr13,028, and a total economy is BCr2,358,098. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr1,455 through 24 starports (9 Class A, 5 Class B, 4 Class C, 6 Class D) employing 180,775 people. Driving this interstellar trade are four Agricultural (Ag) worlds, two Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, four Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, one Pre-Industrial (Pi) world, five Rich (Ri) worlds, and one Industrial (In) world.
