The Nagara class Light Cruiser is a heavy warship.
- It is a military ship and a Light Cruiser.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
It is a vessel with 6-G and J-4 performance with a streamlined cone structure hull. They have on board fuel processing and fuel scoops. They are typically grouped with a fleet tanker for refueling and sustainment while underway. Powerful acceleration and speed for their as commerce escort role and this trade off made the class much less expensive to purchase and maintain. The 15 factor 9 missile bays facilitate orbital interdiction and planetary surface bombardment missions. They can be used for ortillery to support their three deployed marine companies. They have light optimized armor and protection with the best firepower available. Only agility suffers as a result.
- It carries heavy armament and a defensive suite with back-up screens.
- It ordinarily carries four Cutters and four Air/Rafts as subcraft and can carry drones.
- It has a 278 sophont crew which includes 30 marines.
