Overview
A collection of thirteen planets under central rule. They are protected by a modest fleet.
They have two ScoutRons based at Raspyn (Hadji 2526 C00078B-A) and Penner (Hadji 2727 B335587-B).
They have three "battle fleets", one stationed at each of the three Naval Bases within their territory. These squadrons are nearly uniform in composition, yet field an odd assortment of craft contributed from local ship yards at a variety of technology levels. Each planet capable of building ships or military craft of any type are commissioned and awarded defense contracts to build the best designs they can manage with their local resources and industrial-military abilities. This makes the force challenging to employ but fosters espirt de corps. The vast shipyards at Infelice (Hadji 2626 A8689DF-B) are responsible for almost all merchant marine tonnage in the cluster. The scouts, transports, tankers and couriers of the ScoutRons are all built here. Logistical support assets are attached to each battle fleet as needed, based on current operational schedules and training requirements.
One of the more interesting designs is the local scout. These are locally harvested asteroids, fitted with drives, fuel, and a pair of mixed triple turrets. They are dependent on starport facilities for refueling. There is no room for a sub craft that could facilitate wilderness refueling operations.

History & Background (Dossier)
Offworld industrial labor is used to manufacture and forge the structural sub-assemblies. These are transported to the naval shipyard and carefully assembled in orbit by small numbers of highly trained naval construction crews under the careful supervision of the naval architects. These are the only people in the cluster that understand the advanced jump technology these ships possess.

The Dungfumbler class Heavy Battle Rider is a medium warship, designed, built, and employed in the remote state known as the Council of the Wise in Hadji Sector.
- It is a military ship and a Heavy Battle Rider.
Description (Specifications)
This long tapered needle is streamlined and fitted with a spinal mounted particle accelerator. There are a few secondary weapon systems, a large reactor core but with under powered maneuver drives. As a result the craft tends to lumber and can be difficult to handle under battle conditions. A squadron of patrol fighters is thrown in for some small measure of extra security.

The Kirchner class Patrol Fighter is a combatant smallcraft.
- It is a military ship and a Patrol Fighter.
Description (Specifications)
A fleet admiral decided that they needed a mixed triple turret and that a pulse laser was essential, as a result the power plant grew and soon there was barely room for a pair of couches, let alone a small stateroom. Acceleration is poor for a fighter at 3-G's and evasion agility, a needed defense for craft this size, is non-existent. A single sand caster is hardly adequate defense, so dog fighting is avoided at all costs.

History & Background (Dossier)
As a result of contradictory design demands the Kirchner class Patrol Fighters are not well liked. They were supposed to have a small craft stateroom to facilitate longer patrol durations with better life support capabilities.

The Ferrer class Battle Rider is a medium warship.
- It is a military ship and a Battle Rider.
Description (Specifications)
Although the Ferrer Class Battle Riders are capable of 5-Gs, these low tech spheres feature minimal armored platelets and hull bracing in their compartmented hulls.
They mount a 100 ton particle accelerator bay and carry a squadron of twelve tiny Mite class Light Fighters.
They carry extra crew for the fighters so that they can maintain a near constant CAP.

The Mite class Light Fighter is a combatant smallcraft.
- It is a military ship and a Light Fighter.
Description (Specifications)
The Ferrer built Mite Light Fighters are as fast and agile as their technology permits. These tiny, fragile missile fighters are responsive and fun to fly. Unfortunately against more advanced designs their lack of computational power makes it difficult for them to hit targets. More advanced designs can jam and use ECM to spoof their rudimentary sensor suites.

There are rumors that there was a Battle Fleet Gamma, destroyed in an epic battle. Legends of their heroic exploits in the face of grave odds, are used to inspire and instruct naval recruits. The propaganda is that they gave their lives to permit the formation of the Council of the Wise and that all sailors must be ready to do the same.
