The presence of jump-1 mains and clusters facilitated early Aslan exploration and expansion all the way to the rift’s edge. The Aslan clans of this region aren't interested in exploring the rift itself, concentrating instead on spreading along its fringes.

Ryuwahah, subsector L of Afawahisa, contains 22 worlds with an estimated combined population of 8 billion, a per capita income of Cr4,153, and a total economy of BCr33,480. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr1,346 through 22 starports (1 Class A, 10 Class B, 11 Class C, 0 Class D) employing 139,375 people.
