History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
It is believed by some that the name is from a dialect of Kadli, the Darmine primary language, though others dispute this. Waves of Darmine, Vilani, and Solomani settlement have defined the region over several millennia.
This system (along with Ter-Ritt) was where the Darmine interacted most frequently with the Ushkaq Sasutxi, the Dishaan Hegemony. The Vilani put a stop to this when they conquered both nations early in the Consolidation Wars, and they gave the world the name Navares.
Both Darmine and Dishaan received jump-1 from the Vilani to begin with.
Imperial High (Landed) Nobility[edit]
Skaob-heti, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estates of two members of the Imperial Nobility, who are charged with overseeing the world.
World Starport (Sp)[edit]
Skaob-heti has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
