Native Lifeforms

Ketola's native life consists mostly of plants and largely microscopic animals, found on the vast, icy plains. The major corporate interests on the planet engage in research of these lifeforms, or extraction of rare earth elements that naturally occur in their bodies.

History & Background (Dossier)

The rivalry between the two corporate concerns on Ketola -- Theedin Research and Tenia Incorporated -- results in frequent local trade wars. The noncorporate state of Keto and over 4,000 nomads complicate things for corporate workers, adding to the animosity.

Imperial High (Landed) Nobility

Ketola, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estates of two members of the Imperial Nobility, who are charged with overseeing the world.
