Subsector L of the Tsadra Sector.

Description (Specifications)[edit]

As well as the eponymous Solomani-influenced polity, this subsector contains a sliver of territory of the Talpaku Communality. The colony at Icy Cold (Tsadra 3128) -- a haphazard effort by multiple Talpaku takh (social groupings) uncoordinated by the government -- is supported from the agricultural colony at Dark Tower (Tsadra 3129). Dark Tower is named for its naval base's "watchpost" position -- not guarding the spinward flank, as such (though it does counter the Fjords naval power concentrated nearby), but standing guard over both the prison colony of Exile (Yiklerzdanzh 0130) and the client state of back-to-nature Talpaku settlers on Afar (Tsadra 3230)

Subsector Summary: 1116[edit]

Fjords, subsector L of Tsadra, contains 24 worlds with an estimated combined population of 50 billion, a per capita income of Cr6,558, and a total economy of BCr329,734. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr780 through 22 starports (8 Class A, 3 Class B, 10 Class C, 1 Class D) employing 156,645 people. Driving this interstellar trade are five Agricultural (Ag) worlds, one Non-Agricultural (Na) world, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, three Rich (Ri) worlds, and two Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Fjords maintain 17 Naval bases, one Clan base, one Scout base, and one Naval depot. The average technology level is 9 (with most between 6 and 12). The highest technology level is 13 at Leidham (Tsadra 2627), Nordica (Tsadra 2825), and Svenland (Tsadra 3022).

Fjords, subsector L of Tsadra, contains 25 stars; 19 monostellar systems, three binary systems, no trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 22 of the 24 systems (91%) have native gas giants. There are one Asteroid (As) belt, one Desert (De) world, no Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, five Poor (Po) worlds, one Vacuum (Va) world, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.

Fjords has an estimated population of 50 billion distributed across two High population (Hi) worlds, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 20 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, eight Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Nordica (Tsadra 2825) and Scania (Tsadra 2827). The population consists primarily of 2 sophont groups.

These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr779 through 18 starports (7 Class A, 2 Class B, 9 Class C, 0 Class D) employing 156,500 people. Driving this interstellar trade are four Agricultural (Ag) worlds, one Non-Agricultural (Na) world, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, three Rich (Ri) worlds, and two Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in the Fjords maintain 16 Naval bases, one Scout base, and one Naval depot within the subsector. The average technology level is 10 (with most between 8 and 12). The Fjords has an estimated population of 50 billion within the subsector, distributed across two High population (Hi) worlds, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 15 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, six Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Nordica (Tsadra 2825) and Scania (Tsadra 2827).

Non-Aligned, Human-dominated[edit]

There are two Non-Aligned Human-dominated worlds in Fjords with an estimated combined population of less than 1 million.

Talpaku Communality[edit]

The Talpaku Communality has jurisdiction over two worlds in the subsector with an estimated population of less than 1 million, a per capita income of Cr0, and a total economy of BCr0. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr0 through 2 starports (1 Class A, 0 Class B, 1 Class C, 0 Class D) employing 145 people. Driving this interstellar trade are one Agricultural (Ag) world, no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, no Rich (Ri) worlds, and no Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in the Talpaku Communality maintain one Naval base within the subsector.

Talpaku Client[edit]
