Mainworld Size (S)[edit]
Fosey is a Meso World between 8,800km and 10,400km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 0.6G and 0.8G. The horizon will appear about 4.4km away.
Mainworld Atmosphere (A)[edit]
Fosey has a pressure of 0.10 to 0.42 atmospheres. The very thin pressures require a respirator or Oxygen Mask. TL–5 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.
- Close to the seas temperatures are generally moderate.
- Within the continental interior temperatures can become uncomfortably high.
Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)[edit]
Fosey has 25-35% of its surface covered by liquid water. It has a few small seas. Wilderness refueling is possible. Water for the inhabitants will be recycled.

Fosey has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
The starport is excellent quality, with banking, refined fuel, maintenance, and a shipyard capable of manufacturing and repairing starships.
- The starport includes several TAS establishments.
World Population (P)[edit]
Fosey has a population of 6,000,000 sophonts (millions).
- This is a Nonindustrial World, too small to support the complete chain of production of most goods from start to finish.
- Around 750,000 Llellewyloly are resident on the world.
Urbanization[edit]
The population is clustered around the rim of the main inland sea in a series of small cities, while the large inland deserts are barely explored.
- Aboriginal human tribes exist in the deep outback. They rarely have contact with outsiders and their population numbers remain unknown.

Fosey is governed by a Feudal Technocracy. Society divides itself based on the technical requirements of the society. Each of these functions are granted as a fief to an individual or group. Leadership of these fiefs determines the head of the government.
A feudal technocracy of Guilds rule, with advancement by competence and seniority. All conducted business is controlled by the various Guilds and often many different Guilds are brought in to finalized the different parts of a brokered deal.

Fosey has a moderate level with laws covering many areas of government and interaction. These laws are simple enough that most people can act as their own advocate, though for serious issues a professional is recommended. Law enforcement officials will be present, but not in great numbers. All firearms except shotguns, and anything more destructive, are typically regulated or prohibited.

It is said (though generally not believed) that they are direct descendants of the Ancients and possess relics of extreme age.
