• It is a member of the Thoengling Empire in the Darrgouts Subsector of Tuglikki Sector, in the Vargr Extents.

• This world is a "Twilight Zone World", a planet that is tidally-locked to its star. It has a hot side that permanently faces the star, a cold side that permanently faces away, and a narrow twilight zone in-between.

Khoergh has a pressure of 0.10 to 0.42 atmospheres. The very thin pressures require a respirator or Oxygen Mask. This atmosphere also contains an unusual taint such as disease, a hazardous gas mix, pollutants, or sulfur compounds, which requires the use of a Filter Respirator Combination Mask. Some taints may require more protective equipment. TL–5 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.

Khoergh has 55-65% of its surface covered by liquid water. It has significant large liquid bodies. Wilderness refueling is possible.

There is a shipyard capable of doing maintenance and other kinds of repair. Ports of this classification generally have only a downport, unless this is a trade port or system with an hostile environment mainworld.

Khoergh has a population of 1,000 sophonts (thousands).

• This is a Low Population World and the population would be too low to sustain itself without a little outside assistance.
