They are streamlined needle/wedge hulls for ocean refueling if need be, with scoops and fuel refineries. They are capable of Jump-4, 6 Gs acceleration and 6- Agility. This escort features a massive fusion power plant, for their size, to allow it to power a Model/9 fib ship computer and extensive equipment.
- The hull has good armor plating, and six sand casters for defense. It is armed with two dual fusion gun turrets, four triple missile turrets, and two triple beam laser turrets.
- They have no marines or sub craft.
- The vessel requires a total of 19 crew: pilot/captain, navigator, 9 engineers, 1 medic, and 7 gunners.
