The line from Catacomb (Deneb 2234) to Kamlar (Deneb 1832) represents the frontier boundary between Regency Quarantine District 4 and Regency Quarantine District 5. This line, including Catacomb, belongs to both districts. Javan (Deneb 2131) falls into RQD4 and is defended by the 183rd Fleet from Usani (Deneb 2225). RQD5 is defended by the 74th Fleet headquartered at Yvette (Reft 1103) with a forward base at Jecife (Deneb 1640). [1]
