Subsector D of Touchstone Sector, a relatively recent part of the Aslan Hierate.
Description / Specifications[edit]
A region of uncharted worlds and the Aosola Gulf, a small sub-rift area blocking progress along the fringe of the Great Rift, have curtailed expansion in this direction. Most worlds of the subsector are not heavily developed, with adequate starports at best.
Subsector Summary: 1105[edit]
Eietorl Easea', subsector D of Touchstone, contains 22 worlds with an estimated combined population of 40 billion, a per capita income of Cr4,148, and a total economy of BCr169,832. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr45 through 19 starports (3 Class A, 3 Class B, 13 Class C, 0 Class D) employing 6,625 people. Driving this interstellar trade are three Agricultural (Ag) worlds, three Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, one Pre-Agricultural (Pa) world, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, four Rich (Ri) worlds, and one Industrial (In) world. The governments in Eietorl Easea' maintain eight Clan bases and four Tlaukhu bases. The average technology level is 7 (with most between 4 and 10). The highest technology level is 12 at Hkeilryalea (Touchstone 2704), Aseirl (Touchstone 3006), and Oikh (Touchstone 3106).
Eietorl Easea', subsector D of Touchstone, contains 26 stars and 250 identified planets; 18 monostellar systems, four binary systems, no trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 14 of the 22 systems (63%) have native gas giants. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, one Desert (De) world, one Garden (Ga) world, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, three Poor (Po) worlds, one Vacuum (Va) world, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.
Eietorl Easea' has an estimated population of 40 billion distributed across two High population (Hi) worlds, two Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 13 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, five Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Htaastea (Touchstone 3003) and Aseirl (Touchstone 3006). The population consists primarily of 2 sophont groups.

New Era[edit]
Khaukheairl has been, since the Collapse, a stabilising force in both the Touchstone Sector and the Tlaukhu, and an implicit ally of the Regency. Many of its worlds are open to contact and offworld trade. The subsector is also home to a large independent clan bloc, the Khtaearliyus, which has strong ties with the Ikhtealyo bloc, further cementing the subsector's status as an open trade center.
